- Litigation and advice relating to property tax valuation appeals.
- Real estate advice and litigation including boundary disputes, prescriptive easements, landlord and tenant cases, mortgage and foreclosure cases and the like.
- Family/domestic relations law including divorce, collecting past due child-support, prenuptial agreements. Mr. Johnson has the training to serve as court appointed guardian ad litem in contested custody cases.
